Natural Beauty Products

Lately I have been doing some research on better ways of eating and staying fit. I have been trying new recipes and a new thing called Pilates. Along the way I have stumbled upon better ways to moisturize my hair and taking care of my skin.

All this time I thought that the products I had at home were doing my hair justice. Apparently, my hair needs more than just leave in conditioner…it needs a deep conditioning once a month! After deep conditioning my hair…I think I get it. It doesn’t feel dry and is easier to comb through. This undiscovered secret it such a great find.

Coconut oil

With a spoonful of coconut oil and a spoonful of Mixed Chicks deep conditioner I was able to come up with a concoction that helped my hair feel moisturized. Of course, there are many hair types, and this may not work for you in the same way. If you are up for this, give it a go and see if you like the results!

Tea Tree Oil

This is on my list because it is said that Tea tree oil is great for diminishing acne. This nifty little oil can do much more than just help your blemishes. It is an antibacterial, antiseptic, prevents inflammation and infection. How cool is that? It is one of those super items that help in several ways. I can’t wait to try this and use it when traveling.

Oatmeal

Next time I treat myself to a face mask I am going to start with oatmeal. It moisturizes and cleanses skin! It is also useful for sensitive skin and skin disorders because it is an anti-inflammatory. This magic grain is easily accessible because it is inexpensive may already be in your kitchen.

When your store bought beauty products are not cutting the mustard and you are itching for the next product fix; try some natural items from this planet. They might just be the solution.
